Social Fabric ("we", "our", or "us"), published by Kodemotion, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting users—including children—on our platform. This page explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Social Fabric mobile application (the "App"), and our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as required by Google Play Child Safety Standards.
Social Fabric is a social community app. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following standards apply to all users regardless of age.
We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including but not limited to:
Violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Social Fabric provides an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns without leaving the App. Users can report posts, comments, profiles, or other content through the report option on content and user profiles. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Users may also contact us directly using the email addresses in the Contact Us section below.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE in the App, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including:
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Our procedures include reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or equivalent regional bodies and maintaining records as required by law.

Social Fabric accesses photos and videos only when you choose to upload or share them—for example, when creating a post, updating your profile, or sending media in chat. We use the Android system photo picker and camera; the App does not scan, read, or collect your device photo or video library in the background.
Social Fabric uses location data to display reported civic issues on a map and to help users discover issues near them. Location access is optional and can be controlled through your device settings.
Any content you post, including issue reports, comments, and associated location data, may be publicly visible to other users of the App. Please do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information in public posts.
Social Fabric uses moderation tools to maintain a safe and respectful community. This includes in-app user reporting, manual review, automated signals where applicable, and removal of content that violates our policies. Graphic violence, hate speech, abusive content, CSAE, and CSAM are strictly prohibited. See Child Safety Standards for our full CSAE and CSAM policies.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following cases:
Social Fabric does not use advertising IDs and does not display third-party ads. We do not track users across apps for advertising purposes.
We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us.
Social Fabric is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, or if you have a child safety concern, please contact us immediately at kodemotionx@gmail.com.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
